Coronavirus: 'Fire was tough, but it was more difficult to reopen the Mogo Zoo'
Last year on New Year’s Eve, bushfires erupted by Mogo in New South Wales, Australia.
The town's zoo was closed for two months after Blaze destroyed the fence and made the site unsafe, although fortunately no animals were injured.
But just weeks after it reopened, the coronavirus ban meant it closed its doors again.
Since international tourists are unlikely to enter Australia soon, it is up to local visitors to keep it in business - once travel and tourism are allowed.
